QDrafts Version 2.0
QDrafts
has been upgraded to work with the new version of
QuickBooks 2011. We’ve been
listening
and have incorporated key new features to save you time.
New features you’ll really use!
- Added a right click to change the
Draft Number.
- Added a right click to change the
Draft Date.
You’ve
seen how you can change the amount of a draft, now
you have the same right click capability to change the draft number or
the date
of the draft. This will allow the
capability to print drafts with non-sequential numbering or dates in
batches
rather then individually.
New
added custom preferences to allow you to determine the
QDraft System Defaults.
- You can now have a choice on what
default date to be used
for the printed draft. Instead of the
invoice date, you can set the default date to be the system date of
your
computer to reflect the actual date you print the draft.
No more changing the invoice date so that
the date of the draft is the date the draft is printed.
- You can choose to print on the draft
check, the Memo field
or Customer field onto the memo part of the draft check.
Or the option to enter any text
that
you would like to print on the draft.
- New bonus software utility that will
allow you to pre-print
company checks on blank stock paper.
Once the checks have been printed, they
can be used to write checks in
QuickBooks.
